We are a husband and wife team who love to travel.
Our blog name comes from our 2 great loves, Cruising and the Sydney Roosters.
My name is Sue, driver extraordinaire, chief cook and bottle washer and my other half is Brian, aka the fat controller. We have been married for 23 years and are dreaming of selling everything we can to fund our dream of caravanning or motor homing around Australia, if the adult children ever leave home. (working on it, but more likely at least one will stay and be house and pet sitter)
Jokes, we will probably leave before they do.
Before that, we will spend as much time on short trips and our other love cruising. Having 80 days on the seas so far, and another 20 or so over the next year or 2, you could say we are a little obsessed with the high seas.
Our very first cruise was on board Pacific Pearl back in 2013, and that started a love affair that no amount of Covid cruising ban could stop.
We have since cruised Australia, the Pacific islands and New Zealand with Carnival Cruise line and Royal Caribbean, Coral Princess and have PNG and the Islands to look forward to.
We are off to Thailand for our very first real overseas holiday in Oct 2024 and we are very excited.
We would like to share our photography, our tips and tricks for travel and our thoughts, because we all know how therapeutic writing can be.
You will notice as time goes by, our aussie road trips always include old railway stations and race tracks.
